The location was ideal in a beautiful setting and the staff here was really helpful. The room was well-appointed and comfortably furnished and having a lounge, a dining area, and a kettle in it was handy. We didn't want to leave and definitely coming here again.

I definitely got a great value for my money at High Street Farm Barn. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a really comfy bed. The location was perfect for me, in a tiny village just outside the city. The staff, especially Hattie, were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome.

Only one small suggestion for the breakfast option - it would be nice to have more variety in the prepared food left in the fridge.

We had a wonderful stay at High Street Farm Barn in Newbury. The barn itself was beautifully renovated with a bright and open communal space that included a well-equipped kitchen. Our private bedroom was comfortable and clean, with a spacious ensuite bathroom. The shower was exceptional and the toiletries provided were a nice touch. The location was quiet yet convenient for exploring Newbury and the surrounding areas. We also appreciated the variety of teas, coffees, and chocolates available in our room.

Although we did have to share the sitting room and kitchen with other guests, it suited our needs perfectly as a family traveling together. The only minor drawback was the lack of a blind on the skylight in our bedroom, which made the room quite bright in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at the bed & breakfast! The room was spotlessly clean and cozy, with all the necessary facilities. The owner was friendly and made us feel welcome. We loved that we could fix our own breakfast in the communal kitchen, with the owner providing all the ingredients we needed. The location was peaceful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. it was a delightful and relaxing experience.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the pub across the road, restaurant, and an old farm. Also, we were 4 km from popular place such as Wickham House.
